Passionate about facilitating healing through the power of touch, I’m a professional licensed massage therapist dedicated to helping others reach their wellness goals - or to simply indulge in an hour or longer of spa treatment! Specializing in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, and Sports massage, I offer therapeutic sessions that cater to the individual's needs. My comprehensive background in holistic health and nutrition shapes my approach to massage and bodywork, creating a harmonious experience in which you can fully immerse yourself. *All products I use are natural and organic.* How it works: I run a mobile business, which means I primarily provide services at your location. While I am based out of the Greater New York area, *I do not come to New York City.* My service areas are Rockland County, Bergen County, and Passaic County. Additionally, I frequently travel out of state for 2-3 days at a time to serve various cities, including in Connecticut, Philadelphia, and Miami, for example. Since I can't cross state lines for a single appointment, be sure to check my travel schedule which will be posted on Instagram @bodywork_by_tamar, and shared through text and email notifications! As an independent female massage therapist, I must emphasize that I only accept appointments from individuals who have been referred to me through word of mouth. This approach not only enhances credibility but also helps ensure my safety by avoiding encounters with complete strangers. To book a session with me, please note that appointments are required. The earliest time is 11am, and the latest time is 8:30pm, *Sunday through Thursday.* Friday & Saturday I do not take appointments. Same-day appointments are also not accepted at this time. ALL SESSIONS ARE SOLELY THERAPEUTIC AND PROFESSIONAL. ANY INAPPROPRIATE CONTACT OR BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. INQUIRIES OR REQUESTS THAT ARE UNACCEPTABLE WILL RESULT IN A BLOCK AND BAN. New clients are required to secure their appointments with a non-refundable deposit that is included in the full price of the session. This deposit can be made directly through the booking section of this website or sent via Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle. Stay connected!
